The "Webster's New World Word Wizard" was created for kids who find dictionaries daunting. Created by Vanguard Media, Inc., for Macmillan Digital USA, this CD-ROM offered six action-packed games and an electronic dictionary designed to teach kids all about the mysterious ways of words, from reading and spelling to pronunciation and phonetics. Gwenevere Singley designed and animated a cast of colorful characters, as well as a plethora of backgrounds and screen art.
