"Kerrpow!", a prototype for a CD-ROM title developed by Vanguard Media, Inc., featured an eccentric cast of characters in a variety of styles. The title, intended to cater to the educated science fiction fan, made many sly references to sci-fi and comic book archetypes in an eclectic mix of styles past and present.
